Cookies and analytics
Which cookies Skillok sets, which are required, which load only with consent, and how to change your choice at any time.

How consent works#
On your first visit a question about analytics appears at the bottom of the page with two equal buttons — Accept and Decline. Before you answer and after you decline, analytics does not load at all: only the required cookies below are used.
The rule is the same for every country: we ask everyone, not only where the law requires it. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal and do not ask.
Your choice is stored in your browser with its date and the policy revision. When the rules change materially, we ask again.
Changing your choice#
The Cookie settings link in the site footer — or right here: Cookie settings — reopens the question. Declining after consenting takes effect at once: the page reloads without analytics and Metrica cookies are erased.
While you are signed in, Metrica does not load at all — neither in the app nor on public pages — and the cookie question is not asked.
Required cookies#
Sign-in, form protection and preferences do not work without them. They need no consent and take no part in analytics.

On the site some names carry the __Host- prefix: the browser then sends the cookie only to this
domain and only over HTTPS.
Browser storage (localStorage) holds your theme and your answer to the cookie question — neither
is sent to the server.
Analytics cookies — only with consent#
